Steven and Jessica helped me with my purchase of the condo of my dreams. They are patient, knowledgeable and always ready with friendly, solid suggestions and advice. They will forever be my go-to team in all things real estate related.

From finding our first rental to purchasing our first home, Steven has been incredibly helpful and patient. He never pressured us into making a decision we weren’t comfortable with and was always available to answer our questions. He also provided excellent recommendations for a lawyer and home inspector. Throughout the process, Steven prioritized our best interests.

Steven is amazing. He has now helped us sell and buy multiple homes across the GTA and I recommend him wholeheartedly. Steven is super friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. He doesn't rush you, he gives you his honest feedback and opinions, but he also listens to your concerns and thoughts. You also feel like he is really on your side since he sticks up for you whenever it is reasonable to do so. His price points for our sales have been spot on, which has helped us sell homes quickly and efficiently. Many people have had bad experiences with realtors (and some for good reason). That's why you need somebody like Steven.

By far the best realtor in Niagara and the GTA. Goes above and beyond to make your dreams become a reality. Down to earth and very approachable. Cannot rate Steven and his team highly enough. Recommended whole heartedly. If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would.

Always willing to help you meet your goals and needs. Steve allowed me several hours of his time while I asked him a multitude of questions. He is my "go to" agent for all my realty needs. Thanks Steve!

Steven’s professionalism and unique vision made the selling of our home a stress free and exciting experience! I highly recommend Steven and his team!

Steven is great to work with! His customer service and attention to detail is exceptional. As first time home buyers, we had plenty of questions and Steven was always available to talk us through our questions and he always kept us in the loop. We will definitely be recommending Steven to friends and family!

Steven Gore was our Real Estate agent and he was caring, patient and prompt when we were searching for the Right condo. He went above and beyond to help us. Steven is knowledgeable in his field and has a great personality to go with it. CONGRATULATIONS to Steven for all of his accomplishments!! He deserves it 👏 Sincerely Bill & Karen

Steve has really made our experience having to sell our deceased mother's home a lot easier and stressless. He makes you feel like you've known each other for years and he treats you like family. He definitely goes above and beyond his job description. He helps get the job done, and doesn't hesitate to jump in to help out when needed. I wouldn't use another realtor again.
